Nervous System Regulation for Practitioners
Supporting regulation, steadiness and sustainability in emotionally demanding work.
What this training offers
This training supports practitioners to understand how the nervous system responds to stress, threat and cumulative demand in human-service roles. It recognises that many professionals work in environments where high emotional load, urgency and complexity are normalised.
Participants are supported to develop practical, accessible regulation strategies that can be applied within everyday work. The focus is on maintaining steadiness, presence and clarity in professional roles, rather than therapeutic intervention or personal disclosure.
