In Her AWE

A Residential Retreat

In Her AWE is a transformative 3-day, 2-night residential retreat for women who have experienced adversity including family violence, disability, caregiving responsibilities, or systemic disadvantage. This is not a workshop. It is a held, intentional space where women come together to slow down, go inward, and begin reclaiming their own voice, values and direction.

The retreat includes:

  • 2 nights accommodation in a tranquil retreat setting

  • All meals (wholesome, inclusive of dietary needs)

  • Fully facilitated program across three days

  • Six transformative workshops covering mindset, relationships, career passion, financial wellbeing, and vision planning

  • Creative reflection time, fire circle storytelling, and celebration

  • Personal Life Vision workbook

  • Self-care activities (movement, mindfulness, creative expression)

  • Wellness gift pack and post-retreat resources

  • Certificate of participation

Who this retreat is for:

  • Women working in caring, community, disability or leadership roles who are ready to prioritise themselves.

  • Women navigating transition, burnout or identity shifts.

  • Women seeking reconnection, clarity and community.

This work is appropriate for women at different stages of life and healing, and does not require prior therapy or group experience.

  • Improved emotional awareness and confidence

  • Tools for setting goals and healthy boundaries
