Working with Multiple & Complex Needs
Working with Multiple & Complex Needs
Supporting ethical, integrated practice in the context of intersecting needs and complex systems.
This training supports professionals working with people who experience multiple and intersecting needs, including disability, mental health challenges, psychosocial complexity, and alcohol and other drug use.
Rather than focusing on diagnosis or siloed responses, the training emphasises integrated, person-centred and trauma-informed practice within real-world service systems. Participants are supported to navigate complexity with clarity, compassion and ethical awareness.
Key learning areas:

The impact of systems, service gaps and thresholds on practice
Trauma-informed and neuro-affirming responses

Maintaining professional boundaries and role clarity
