Our Approach

AWE Training and Support works from a trauma-informed relational an d ethically grounded framework, recognising the impact o trauma, adversity and systemic pressure on both individuals and the workforce that supports them.

Our approach is informed by Community Work Australia (CWA) ethical principles and aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, with a strong emphasis on reflective practice, professional boundaries, relational safety and workforce sustainability. We work alongside practitioners, leaders and organisations to support ethical decision-making, reflective capacity and emotional sustainable practice in complex, high-demand environments.
